I forget my password, what should I do?

When you sign up a cloud account, we suggest you using a valid email address. So if you forget your password, please contact us, we will reset your password and send the new password to your email address.

By the way, if you forget your password within a few days after registration, it means you don't take our products seriously. Please don't disturb us to reset your password. Just forget your previous account, try to register a new account and remember the password could be better for both you and us.

If you use an invalid email address to sign up the cloud account, that's little trouble. If you have made some payments for your account, please update us with the paypal payment information. We will check our database according to paypal information, then reset your password and send the new password to the email address which is included in PayPal payment.

If you use an invalid email address and you never make a payment for the account, we suggest you to sign up a new account with a valid email address and forget your previous account.

Finally, please add our email address (support@minisipserver.com or support@myvoipapp.com) into your trust list to make sure that you can receive our emails.
