The Echo Test service is used to test the SIP signals and audio streams of SIP phones. Cloud miniSIPServer supports two echo test modes.
Mode 1
After local user dials a specific call prefix *1001, the call is routed to virtual miniSIPServer. The virtual server automatically answers the calls and sends the user's voice back in real time. By hearing his/her own voice playback, the user can confirm that the phone has been successfully registered and connected to the virtual server.
Mode 2
The user dials the specific call prefix *1002, the call is connected to virtual miniSIPServer, and hangs up after completing the same test process as Mode 1. Then virtual server automatically initiates a call to the user. After the user answers the call, server sends the user's voice back. The user can hear his/her own voice and completes the echo test again.
